Israel Ambassador Abba Eban will present his first public report on his current consultations with his government on American-Israeli relations to the National Leadership Conference for Israel Bonds, which will take place here next week-end, it was announced today by Samuel Rothberg, national chairman of the Israel Bond Organization.
Mr. Rothberg also revealed that Herbert Stanley Morrison, former British Foreign Secretary, is coming to the United States next month and will speak in several leading cities in behalf of the campaign for the sale of State of Israel Development Bonds. The Labor Party leader will address Israel Bond dinners in Washington, D. C. on October 13, at Toronto on October 14, and New York on October 18.
(One of the two American delegations from the Israel Bond campaign left Jerusalem this week-end after a 10-day tour of Israel. Before leaving they were received by Prime Minister Moshe Sharett who presented them with inscribed parchment citations encased in olive-wood boxes trimmed with silver.)
