Foreign Minister Abba Eban will meet with US Secretary of State William P. Rogers next Friday, the Foreign Ministry announced today. Eban, who is scheduled to speak Thursday at the second day of a two-day conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, will meet with Rogers at the latter’s invitation to review the world situation. A Foreign Ministry spokesman said there was no indication that Eban would be called upon to present any plan on behalf of Israel for President Nixon’s consideration when he visits the Soviet Union next month.
