Israel Ambassador Abba Eban today met with Assistant Secretary of State Henry A. Byroade to discuss topics which might arise in the course of the forthcoming visit of Sec. Byroade, Secretary of State Dulles, and Mutual Security Aid director Stassen to Israel and the Near East.
Mr. Eban said the Israel Government would talk with Secretary Dulles about the whole concept of the Near East with a view to Arab-Israel peace and improvement of the stability of the area. Facts about the Near Eastern mutual security program have been studied with interest by the Ambassador, he revealed to reporters.
