Edward Kennedy, a younger brother of President John F. Kennedy, arrived here last night for a two-day visit to Israel as part of a tour of several countries in Europe and the Middle East. He will meet with President Izhak Ben-Zvi, Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion and other Israeli leaders.
Addressing a new conference today, Mr. Kennedy said he was here “on a private visit as a private citizen,” but conceded that he had discussed Israel with President Kennedy. “You all know, “he added, “m, brother’s ideas, which he has repeated and reiterated.”
