Edgar Salinger, a director and member of the executive committee of the National Refugee Service, has been appointed an executive officer of the American ORT Federation with the title of chairman of the Plan and Scope Committee, it was announced today. The committee will act in an advisory capacity but Salinger will also be active in helping to realize certain aspects of the policies decided upon.
