The time and place have been set for the fourteenth annual Chanukah dinner of the Jewish Education Association, Bernard Semel, honorary secretary, announced Friday. The dinner will be held Chanukah Sunday, December 22. The scene will be the Hotel Astor.
Other Jewish organizations are being asked by letter to avoid arranging public functions for this date.
