Some of the leading educators of the United States are serving as honorary patrons in aid of the annual all-star show and fashion revue of the Israel Orphan Asylum, on March 23, it was announced yesterday by Judge Gustave Hartman, founder and president of the institution.
Among the honorary patrons are:
Professor A. A. Berle Jr., Dr. Nicholas Murray Butler, president of Columbia University; Dr. Harold G. Campbell, superintendent of schools; Chancellor Harry W. Chase, New York University; Dr. Eugene A. Colligan, president of Hunter College; Professor John Dewey, Dr. John L. Elliott, leader, Ethical Culture School; Dr. Livingston Farrand, president, Cornell University; Dr. John F. Finley; Professor Richard Gottheil of Columbia University; Dr. William J. O’Shea, former superintendent of schools; Professor Frederick B. Robinson, president of City College, and George J. Ryan, president of the Board of Education.
