Edward M. Kahn, executive director of the Atlanta Federation of Jewish Charities, delivered an address here on “New Concepts in Public Welfare Legislation,” as a feature of the ninth annual Georgia Conference on Social Work, which assembled more than 1,000 volunteer and professional social workers of this city.
The conference, in which several Jewish welfare workers participated, was presided over by Miss Rhoda Kaufman, president.
