Edward A. Norman, president of the American Fund for Palestinian Institutions, returned to the United States today by air after competing a seven-week survey of conditions in Israel. He inspected the 99 cultural, educational, religious and social welfare institutions in Israel which are supported by the American Fund. During his stay in Israel, Mr. Norman consulted with numerous government officials on how the Fund can best serve the new state.
