Israel is watching the current Anglo-Egyptian talks on the Suez Canal with deep concern, the London Times reported here today in a dispatch from Jerusalem. The report stated that the Israelis are worried by the possibility that Egypt may obtain a free hand in the administration of the Suez Canal and thus be in a position to extend the illegal boycott of Israel traffic through the Canal.
