Egypt is expected to urge Palestinian terrorist groups to declare a one-year truce with Israel. According to Arab media reports Sunday, 13 armed factions due to hold talks with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Cairo this week will be asked to honor the cease-fire he declared with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon for a year.
