The United Arab Republic plans to launch a German-built satellite into orbit by September, Der Spiegel, leading German publication, claimed today. In an 11-page article, the magazine carefully documents West Germany’s part in arming Nasser’s war machine. According to the article, orders have gone out from Nasser that the German team must be ready to put the satellite into orbit by September 28.
