Egypt reportedly invited several Palestinian groups to Cairo next week to approve a resolution to halt terror attacks against Israeli civilians. The Jan. 22 meeting comes six days before Israeli elections and is apparently aimed at helping the prospects of Labor Party leader Amram Mitzna.
