Egyptian troops in the Nitzana area of the Southern Negev have again fired on Israeli patrols inside Israel, a military spokesman announced here today. He said an Israeli patrol was brought under heavy rifle and automatic fire this morning, but suffered no casualties. The Israelis responded in kind. The exchange of fire lasted for more than three hours.

Two persons of the same name were wounded last night by a single bullet fired by an Arab legionary from the wall of the Old City of Jerusalem. Both were named Shlomo. Suissa. One was a 37-year-old man and the other a boy of 9. They are not related. Each was wounded in the left leg.
