Ehud Olmert reportedly plans to keep Shaul Mofaz as defense minister should their Kadima Party win Israeli elections. Ma’ariv quoted senior political sources Sunday as saying that Olmert, the interim prime minister favored to win the March 28 vote, did not want to risk instability by switching defense ministers in the next government. Mofaz and Olmert are not believed to be on the best of terms.
