Eight Arabs from Jerusalem were arrested for setting a up a Palestinian terror cell in the city. Police said Tuesday that eight residents of the Issawiya neighborhood, all of them 19- or 20-year-olds with Israeli identity cards, had been arrested for a spate of stoning and fire-bombing attacks against vehicles on the Jerusalem-Ma’aleh Adumim highway.
