Eight Knesset Members to Attend Inter-parliamentary Union Meet

Eight members of the Israel Knesset have been designated to attend the Interparliamentary Union conference scheduled to open in Washington October 9, Joseph Sprinzak, Speaker of the Knesset, announced last night. He revealed that the eight deputies would also tour the United States on speaking engagements sponsored by the Israel bond organization in the U.S.

The eight are: Zeev Shepher, head of the delegation, David Hacohen, Rachel Tsabari, George Flesch, Arieh Altman, Haim Ariav, Yitzhak Ben Aharon and Rabbi Mordecai Nurok.
