A gift of $1, 000, 000 has been made to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University by the M. L. Annenberg Foundation, the university announced today.
Dr. Samuel Belkin, university president, said the gift had been made in honor of Mrs. Moses L. Annenberg of New York, a founder of the College of Medicine and mother of publisher Walter H. Annenberg, chairman of the Foundation. The gift is for general purposes to enable the college to maintain its standards of teaching, research and patient care.
