Besides Professor Albert Einstein, who will be guest of honor, a number of distinguished stage artists will participate in the “Third Seder” and Einstein farewell which the National Labor Committee for Palestine will hold on Sunday evening, April 1, at the grand ball room of Central Plaza, 111 Second avenue, New York.
Victor Chenkin, international balladist, and Miriam Elias, formerly leading lady of the Habima Players, will appear in their repertories. A feature of the celebration will be a novel “Haggadah,” written by a committee of prominent Jewish writers, and presented by noted actors under the direction of Mark Schweid.
Among the many distinguished men and women who will attend the “Third Seder” and farewell to Professor Einstein are Dr. and Mrs. Stephen S. Wise and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Bernstein.
The last day for reservations for this unique “Seder” is Wednesday, March 28. The proceeds will go to the Arlosoroff memorial fund.
