H.A. Goodman, secretary of the British Agudas Israel organization was received last night by Dr. Pascal Robinson, the Papal Nuncio here, with whom he discussed the European Jewish situation, it was learned today. Dr. Robinson promised that he would gladly cooperate in all measures to aid the Jews in Nazi-held countries.
On Thursday, Mr. Goodman saw Eire’s president, Eamon De Valera and discussed the entire refugee problem with him. The government of Eire, it is understood, is prepared to cooperate in international measures designed to aid the refugees.
