Eisenhower Prepares Special Message to Congress on Immigration

A special message from President Eisenhower to Congress on immigration problems was discussed today when Attorney General Herbert Brownell conferred with the President for about an hour at the White House. Mr. Brownell made known after the meeting that the President will send the message to Congress in ten to fifteen days.
