A possible strike of El Al, Israel Airlines, personnel was averted here today when an agreement was signed between El Al management and representatives of the air crews. The agreement was reached after all night negotiations and calls for eight percent pay increases while rejecting a workers’ request that the pension fund be maintained in foreign currency.
