El Al has reached an agreement with the American Express Co. and other travel organizations for week-long package tours in Israel for American servicemen and their families stationed in Europe, it was disclosed Monday. The Israeli airline will charge a flat fee of $350 which includes round trip flights from Frankfurt and a week’s accommodations in Israel with partial board.
