El Al announced here today that it is resuming service between New York and Tel Aviv. The first flight will depart from Kennedy Airport Sunday, January 30 and there will be two flights weekly thereafter, a spokesperson for the airline said. El Al was grounded four months ago. Its last flight from New York was on September 13.
