Elias Karlin, noted Elzrachi leader, who was active in various phases of Jewish life in England, died here today at the home of his son-in-law Herman Aronowitz, Zionist worker. He was 36 years old. Born in Russia, he emigrated to Holland and later to Belgium where he founded, in Antwerp the Tochkemoni, largest Hebrew National School in Western Europe.
