The city of Elizabethgrad, in the Province of Cherson, will, from now on, not bear the name of the Russian queen Elizabeth, but will perpetuate the name of the Communist leader, Zinoviev. According to a decree of the Soviet Government, the old city will from now on be called Zinovievsk.
