The Emanuel Cohen Center, an affiliate of the Jewish Welfare Board, will celebrate its tenth anniversary in its present quarters with a program of activities from May 13 to 22. The celebration will feature a carnival, dance, annual meeting, election of officers to the board of directors, banquet and annual spring recital.
