The Jewish Communist papers of Soviet Russia report, with indignation, the news that Sir Herbert Samuel, British High Commissioner in Palestine, has prohibited the importation and circulation of the “Emes,” the Jewish Communist newspaper, published in Moscow. Other Russan Communist papers under the can are “Izvestia” and “Pravda.”
