Four elderly immigrants arrived in Israel today from Communist-occupied China. They were immediately taken by ambulance to a Malben hospital. One of the three women in the group said there was still a synagogue in Harbin, although the remaining Jewish population of that Manchurian city is now less than 200. She said that about one thousand Jews remained in Shanghai.
