The influx of immigrants to the United States has fallen off to such an extent that it is now comparable to the number of persons who are leaving to make their homes in other parts of the world, the National League for American Citizenship reported today.

Industrial and employment discrimination account for the falling off in immigration, the league said. Many of those who are leaving are in a better position to establish themselves abroad because of the high value of American money.
