THE ORDER APPLIES PRINCIPALLY TO GERMANS IN SWITZERLAND WHO HAVE NOT CONTACTED LOCAL POLICE AND SMOOTHED OUT ALL REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THEIR RESIDENCE.
