Endek anti-Semitic lawyers suffered a crushing defeat here today when the Warsaw chamber of attorneys elected a new executive group consisting of three pro-government attorneys and two Jews, including Apolinari Maximilian Hartglas, advocate of a militant Jewish policy in Poland. Only one Endek attorney was elected to the new executive.
In the election for the lawyer’s disciplinary court all Endek candidates were defeated. Only pro-government men and Jews were elected to posts on this highly important body.
