A heated debate on the Jewish question occupied the attention of a plenary session of the Sejm yesterday for the second time this week when Frofessor Roman Rybarski, leader of the Endeks (National Democrats), replied to E’x-minister Boguslaw Miedzinski’s charge that “the Endek Jewish program is valueless.”
Declaring that Jewish capital dominated Poland’s economics. Professor Rybarski said that a specifically Polish plan for solving the Jewish question was necessary because Poland harbored three million Jews and any European solution would be inappliable. Poland is no place for so great a Jewish ma# he concluded.
Miedzinski, who is leader of the government party, in his rebuttal to Rybarski’s arguments called attention to the fact that the professor had not presented statistics about Jewish captial in Poland and was merely manipulating hypotheses, a practice which he characerized as dangerous.
