The delegation of English students, who had presented a resolution asking for the exclusion of the Roumanian students from the International Students Federation because of the anti-Jewish excesses in Oradeamare, will have its way in the matter.

The resolution as previously presented was rejected by the International Students Congress in session here on a motion supported by the French and Polish students delegations that the Congress is not to deal with “international questions.”

The English delegation then introduced a resolution which was adopted today. “instructing the incoming executive to deal with questions pertaining to national controversies,” which means that the student body will intervene in the student body will intervene in the matter of the anti-Jewish numerus clausus in Roumanta.

At previous sessions the view of the Roumanian delegation that the Congress deal only with questions between various national student bodies and not between students within any country was taken.
