An ordinance designed to eliminate all Jewish brokers from the stock exchanges was issued yesterday. The ordinance declared that, beginning October 1 discretion should be used as to which brokers are to be readmitted to the stock exchanges.
Jewish “staatenlose,” (men without citizenship in any country) should be particularly excluded, the ordinance stated.
