Lord Marley, deputy speader in the British House of Lords and chairman of the World Committee to Aidd the Victims of German Fascism, gave an enthusiastic report of what he saw in Biro-Bidjan at a mass recption which was arranged for him by the ICOR, Association for Jewish Colonization in Soviet Russia. About 3,000 people attended the reception which took place at the Central Opera House, 205 East 67th street.
A. Olken, secretary of the New York city ICOR Committee, presided. He expresed the thanks of his organization to Lord Marley for the fine report which he made. S. Almazov, national secretary of ICOR, spoke on the work of the organization. Sergei Radamsky, tenor, sang a number of modern Soviet songs.
