Equador is ready to admit Jewish agricultural workers as full-fledged immigrants, Foreign Minister Julio Tobar Domoso declared in discussing Jewish problems with Dr. A. Juris, representative of the Jewish Agency, who arrived here in the course of a South American tour.

The Foreign Minister assured Dr. Juris that at the forthcoming peace conference the Equadorian delegation would support the demand for equal rights for Jews throughout the world and Jewish aspirations for Palestine.

Dr. Juris, accompanied by leaders of the local Jewish community, was also received by G.H. Bullok, British Minister in Equador, who expressed his sympathy with the Zionist movement. Dr. Juris is here to raise funds for relief work for Jewish war-victims in Europe and Palestine.
