Prime Minister Levi Eshkol reported today to the Israel Cabinet on the series of talks he completed last week with the heads of the American, Canadian and British Governments. The meeting, officially, was a session of the ministerial security committee, and, under Israeli law, reports on its deliberations are limited to the official communique. All members of the Cabinet were reported to have been present when Mr. Eshkol made his report.
