Ethiopian activists in Israel launched a campaign to raise public awareness of the plight of what they say are 18,000 Ethiopians hoping to immigrate to Israel. Hundreds of activists asked Prime Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday in Tel Aviv to bring to Israel the remaining Falash Mura, who consider themselves to be Jewish but are not recognized as such by the Israeli government.
