Ethiopians demonstrated outside the Knesset on Sunday to protest the government’s failure to implement its decision to airlift the Falash Mura. Some 5,000 people took part in the rally, with some carrying stretchers wrapped in prayer shawls to represent the 26 refugees who have died in the transit camps since the government’s decision in February, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
