Some 250 former German Army officers sentenced to long prison terms in Yugoslavia on war crimes charges have been pardoned and sent home, it was reported today from Belgrade. Among those released are several Germans who participated in the destruction of Jewish communities in Yugoslavia, the dispatch added.
