Martin Fellenz, a former major in the Nazi SS who was convicted and sentenced to four years at hard labor for complicity in the mass murders of Jews and then released, was arrested here again today on similar charges.
Fellenz, a 58-year-old businessman, was tried on charges of having directed the removal of Jews from five Polish towns during the Nazi occupation. He was charged with complicity in the deaths of 40, 000 Jews in the Krakow area.
The Chief Administrative Court in Lueneburg ruled today that Ernst Leutz, 76, who served as chief public prosecutor of the Nazi People’s Court in Berlin, will have to forego his pension.
