Additional charges of Nazi activity were lodged here today against Dr. Rudolph Schiedermaier, former president of the Bavarian Administrative Court, who was suspended recently on charges of having been implicated in war crimes. According to the fresh charges, he participated during World War II in the “final solution” of the Jewish problem, by mass murder, in Czechoslovakia. He was, during World War II, in the Nazi Ministry of the Interior.
Meanwhile, a search was begun here today for a parcel of documentary material sent to the court here from Warsaw, presumably showing further proof of Dr. Schiedermaier’s Nazi activities. It is believed that the parcel, which has thus far not been traced, may have been seized at some West German customs post in the belief that it contained contraband Communist propaganda.
