An exhibit entitled “The First Million,” a dramatic account in photographs and text of the story of Jewish immigration to Israel from 1882 to the present, opened here today at the Jewish Museum in the presence of representatives of the Israel Government and the Jewish Agency. Prepared for the most part from material in the archives of the Jewish Agency, the exhibit will continue for two weeks. It will be accompanied by showings of the Jewish Agency film “Jerusalem, My City,” which has never before been shown outside Israel.
