An exhibition of literature and art developed in the ghettoes of Europe during the Nazi regime was opened here last night at a ceremony attended by various cultural and political leaders including the Mayor of Tel Aviv, Israel Rokach. The exhibit was formally opened by Dr. Nahman Blumenthal, of the Ghetto Fighters Archive.

The Warsaw Ghetto revolt of 1943 was marked in two more kibbutzim yesterday, one of which is named for a leader of the uprising who perished in the fight. At Yad Mordechai, named for Ghetto fighter Mordechai Annilevitz, a military parade was held to honor the rebellion, while a rally marked the occasion at Mordei Hagetaoth, (“the Revolutionaries of the Ghettos.”) In the latter settlement an exhibition of ghetto art and literature was opened.
