Two weeks of talks by experts from 17 Arab countries, centered on plans to intensify the economic war against Israel, ended yesterday, it was reported here from Damascus.
Mohammed Mahjoub, commissioner general of the Arab League Boycott of Israel movement, who presided, told newsmen after the closing session that the conference adopted “a series of recommendations designed to face Israel’s renewed activities for greater economic ties with Europe including her bid to associate herself with the European Common Market.”
