Herschel Alt, former consultant to the U.S. Military Government in Germany on child welfare problems, and Dr. Peter Neubanor, chief psychiatrist of the Community Service Society, will leave for Israel tomorrow to make a five-week survey of the child-care programs carried on in the Jewish state by Hadassah. They will study projects devoted to school hygiene, child feeding, nutrition, mental hygiene and recreation.
