Police sappers safely dismantled an explosive charge found today on Levinsky Street, a commercial thoroughfare in the center of the city. A police patrol spotted the suspicious-looking parcel and summoned the bomb squad. A similar paper-wrapped parcel found nearby turned out to be a dud, intended as a decoy from the bomb.
