Extension of the Nazi racial code in a manner which would effectively prevent “non-Aryans” from renting apartments in the same buildings as “Aryans” was proposed in the Review of the Academy for German Law, organ of Dr. Hans Frank, Reich Commissioner for Justice. The Review held that proprietors were obliged spontaneously to inform any who wished to rent apartments in his building whether any other apartments had been rented, or were about to be rented, to Jews.
