An Israeli flag was publicly burned here today at a memorial for Gen. Juan Manuel de Rosas, an Argentine nationalist leader and governor of Buenos Aires province, who died 94 years ago. The memorial was organized by the Junta Cruz Del Sur, a nationalist group. Leaflets exalting extreme nationalism were distributed on the occasion by the Guardia Restauradora Nationalista, another extreme right-wing group that is strongly anti-Semitic. No police were present.
